Draft service terms

DRAFT for owner and legal review — not yet final.

Scope: a 2D concept layout and one consolidated revision round. Concept planning only — not engineering, permits or construction documents.
Structural elements (columns, beams, load-bearing walls) are not altered. Unknown structural status is flagged for verification by a qualified professional.
Plumbing or fixture relocations are conceptual and not certified as feasible.
Payment is in two installments: a 50% deposit after intake review and your approval of scope and quote, due before design work begins; the remaining balance is due when we deliver your first draft. Turnaround starts when information is complete, the project is accepted, and the deposit has cleared. Business days exclude weekends and listed closures.
The included revision must be requested within 7 calendar days of first-draft delivery and takes 3–5 business days. Further changes are estimated and approved before work at $175.00/hour, billed in 15-minute increments. Corrections of our own errors are free.
Quotes accepted before these terms keep the terms shown in that quote.
Accuracy depends on the measurements and photos you provide.
Refunds: the owner's policy is no refunds once work begins, subject to final terms and any rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
Card surcharges, if any, apply only where legally permitted and configured with the payment provider.
