Second layout option
35% of the base fee, minimum $200.00
Rush turnaround
30% of the base fee, minimum $150.00 — only with a specific deadline we agree in advance
3D perspective views
$250.00 flat per floor — one room or a full floor. Perspective views only; walkthroughs are separate. Offered by request and confirmed by a partner in your quote.
Field measurements
Quoted separately by address, area, travel and local provider availability. Not available everywhere.
Additional revisions
$175.00/hour in 15-minute increments ($43.75 each), estimated and approved before work. No charge for correcting our own errors.
Closets, laundry and storage are part of the base service. Upgrades are priced to the cent and are not rounded.
